Discount Tire

I had the last appointment today and got 4 new much needed tires and the whole crew was very friendly, fast and efficient. Definitely recommend them. Been a customer for 20+ years starting at America's Tire and the reason I keep returning is due to the employees.

Been a customer since 2018 but going to relocate. Going to miss the excellent customer service that Jon, Shu, Olivia and the rest of the team provide. They are always busy and the phone ringing drives me crazy! I'm sure it annoys the other customers who have to wait inside. I've mentioned once before that they need a dedicated member to just answer phone calls! Take care y'all!

Just super friendly and helpful team of professionals. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left they were eager to help and took great care of me and my truck.

Bad situation made right. Since I live in Tahoe I ordered tires online and set up an appointment for the following week. The day before the appointment I was informed my tires did not arrive to the store. This was a huge inconvenience to me since I took the day off to plan on driving to Carson and get new tires. They were sympathetic to my situation and upgraded my tires for free. They called another store in Reno and sent one of their guys to get my upgraded set of tires and they arrived before I could get there from South Lake. I have always bought tires from discount and was learned from my father who is also loyal to discount tire. I won’t get tires from anyone else, this company is not only good to their customers but to their employees. Store is immaculate. Great service, great company, and best deals. Thank you to Olivia who handled my phone call and got me the upgraded tires. You turned a bad situation into a good one and I was reminded why I only shop at Discount.

Amazing customer service, everyone is super friendly and ready to explain things. Olivia was my mechanic and she was great! Pointed out the things my car needed, but did not force me to buy any extras. Explained everything really well. Made sure the problems I came in for were resolved. Quick service, under 1h for tire rotating/balancing and TPM system redo.
